Is Therasee video secure enough for therapy?
Yes. Calls are encrypted and run on UK servers, and Therasee never records, stores or monitors your sessions. It is GDPR compliant and built for confidential clinical work.
Is Zoom GDPR compliant for therapy sessions?
Zoom can be used for therapy, but its meetings sit apart from your calendar, notes and client records. Therasee video is encrypted, hosted in the UK, never recorded and tied to each appointment. If you prefer to keep Zoom, paste your link and clients still join from the Therasee booking.
Do clients need to download anything to join?
No. Clients join with one click from their reminder or confirmation, in any browser on any device. No download, no account and no meeting ID.
Is there a time limit on video sessions?
