What are the PHQ-9 and GAD-7, and can I send them through Therasee?
The PHQ-9 is a nine-question measure of depression and the GAD-7 a seven-question measure of anxiety, both widely used in UK therapy. Both are among 22 standard assessments in Therasee, alongside CORE-OM and PCL-5, ready to add to any form and send to clients in a few clicks.
Does Therasee include CORE-OM and PCL-5?
Yes. CORE-OM and PCL-5 are part of the same library of 22 standard assessments, so you can send them at intake or during therapy without hunting for copies online or building them from scratch.
Can AI build my intake form for me?
Yes. Describe the form in plain English and the AI assistant builds it, then refine it by hand or ask for changes. Requests are processed in the UK, are not logged by the AI provider, and your data is never used to train AI.
