Does Therasee send appointment reminders by text and email?
Yes. Set up to two appointment reminders by SMS and email at the times you choose, and they go out before every session on their own. Online sessions include the join link, and the email adds the session to the client's calendar.
Are text reminders included in the price?
Yes. SMS and email reminders are on every plan, including Free, and Premium has no add-ons or per-feature charges.
Can Therasee send invoice reminders?
Yes. Up to two invoice reminders go out by email and SMS, a set number of days before or after the due date, with a link straight to the payment page. They stop the moment the invoice is paid.
Can I change the reminders for one appointment?
Yes. Give a single session its own reminder timing without touching your defaults. When you cancel or change a session, choose who is told, add a personal note, or send nothing at all.
How much do reminders reduce no-shows?
In the six months to April 2026, fewer than 1.2% of sessions booked through Therasee were no-shows. Published research puts the usual rate for mental health appointments at 15 to 20%.
